Etruscan Situla Handle

Bronze situla double handle with a lion's head mount (the opposite mount is missing). Dated 4-3 c. B.C. / Etruscan in the Hellenistic Greek style. The two handles terminated with stylised beast heads. Very fine modeling and patina. Equivalent : Museum of Fine Arts Boston Litterature : M. Comstock - C.
