IV c.B.C. Etruscan Bronze Oinochoe Handle
 

      
 

 

   A bronze decorated handle having an upper, central lion head finial, flanked on both sides with wolf or dog heads,
   lower portion terminating with a stylized palmette.

   The zoomorphic features imitate greek bronze vessels of the same period in a crude manner.

   Intact, deep green patina. Custom stand.
