Pair of Merovingian Bügelfibeln (bow brooches) with square-head and zoomorphic terminal.
   The registers are separated by niello-decorated non-gilt areas.

   These exceptional masterworks of the Merovingian Art belong to 6 c. Germanic international style, found on Scandinavian
   as well as Lombardic artefacts, and widely in Rhineland, were these brooches have been probably created.
