Reliquary panel, XVII-XVIII th c.

Interesting wooden panel decorated with wafers representing the Passion of Christ, with a central crucifix. The panel is covered with a cloth containing apparently silver thread.

The plates are decorated with scenes in the style of the seventeenth century, and apparently obtained by molding. One of the plaque reverse is inscribed "relique de sainctz et sainctes" : meaning relic of saints in old French.

The framing of the crucifix, perhaps in precious material has disappeared.
